DELIVERY
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once you have placed your order.
A dispatch notification email will be sent to you with a tracking number.
If you have not received any of these, please check your junk folder, as they may have landed there.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days (Mon-Fri) via DPD
Once orders are dispatched, you should receive your order within 2-3 working days.
If you are not at the delivery address on the day of delivery, you will receive information from the courier with instructions on how to retrieve your order.
All deliveries are insured whilst being shipped.
Once the package has been signed for, items then become your responsibility.
SHIPPING FEES
A non-refundable shipping fee of £15 will be charged on all orders in the United Kingdom.
For customers in locations outside of the UK, please get in touch with us at hello@andwolfbridal.co.uk, and we will be happy to do a personalised quote for you.
RETURNS - ONLY FOR ITEMS BROUGHT ONLINE
For items brought online, we offer a 14-day returns service at a £30 service charge, which will be deducted from your total return amount for this service.
Should you wish to return an item, you must contact us prior to returning the item, and we will advise you of the address that it should be returned to. Please note that returns will be at your expense.
The order needs to be returned within 14 days in the same condition as received and all labels attached to receive a refund. Please exercise utmost caution and take extra care to prevent any contact with pet hair as returns with pet hair cannot be accepted.
Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded, and the item will be returned.
REFUNDS
To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, without damage and returned in the original packaging within 14 days of when you received it.
Shipping and service charges are non-refundable.
All refunds are issued once we have received and inspected the items, and a refund confirmation will be emailed to you.
Refunds will take up to 5-10 working days to be credited back to your account, as this is done through our card payment provider.
