Shipping & Returns

All dresses and accessories in our online shop are available immediately. Shipping takes approx 5-7 days working days via courier for dresses and Royal Mail for accessories.

Shipping costs:

UK - £25 for dresses and £4.95 for accessories.
Internationally - £16 for accessories.

We do ship our dresses Internationally; please contact us for individual shipping quotes.

Returns and refunds

Products with earrings cannot be returned.

Returns are accepted on items but must be within 14 days of receiving them, and they must be in the same condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

FOR REFUNDS, PLEASE NOTE:

We charge a £50 fee on all refunds; this covers card processing, postage, cleaning and any possible damage.
