A shipping fee of £15 applies to all UK orders. For international orders, please contact us at hello@andwolfbridal.co.uk for a personalized shipping quote.

If you return your order, we will refund the original £15 shipping charge along with the cost of the items (see Returns below). But you are responsible for the cost of posting the return to us.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email once your purchase is placed.

A dispatch is within 5 business days (Mon-Fri) and a notification email (with tracking number) will follow.

Once dispatched, delivery is typically next day. If you’re not in to accept delivery, please leave instructions for collection or re-delivery. All shipments are insured in transit; once a parcel is marked “delivered,” its contents become your responsibility.

You must Notify us within 14 days of delivery to start your return. Email hello@andwolfbridal.co.uk and we’ll send you the return address.

Ship back the items within a further 14 days of our approval:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original condition with all labels attached. Please take extra care to prevent any contact with pet hair—returns with pet hair cannot be accepted.

You cover the return-postage cost.

Missed deadlines: If you notify us after 14 days from delivery, we cannot accept your return. If the item isn’t posted back within the additional 14-day window, we will return it to you without issuing a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund: The full item price, and any original shipping charge paid at checkout.

Refunds are processed “without undue delay” and no later than 2 days from the day we receive your valid return. You’ll see the funds back in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
